I build clarity

I spent years in hospitality — opening restaurants across the country, mapping guest experiences down to every touchpoint before a single customer walked through the door. I learned something in that world: if the experience isn't designed, it gets designed by default. And default is usually bad.

When I built my first business, I did it on Instagram before there was a playbook for it. Grew it. Scaled it. Hit seven figures. And felt completely misaligned with everything I'd built. I was the bottleneck. So I went back to learn — technology, UX, accounting, digital marketing, web design, Shopify, product management.

What I really learned: the right tools, built the right way, around the right values, change everything. Not just operationally. Structurally. That's what NICX is.
